Spartan Training

My 12 week training program provides instruction on all 25 obstacles in Spartan racing. I provide team workouts twice a week that range between 1.5 hours to 2 hours each workout. I email every Sunday your workouts for the week.  In 12 weeks I get your ready for a Spartan race, tough mudder, battle frog or any other obstacle course race. If you decide not to compete you will have at least transformed your body with a ton of weight loss, body-fat and many, many inches gone.

Total Body Training Bootcamp

My TBT class runs Monday – Friday at 5:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m. This is a group setting that is from beginner to advanced. All my classes are go at your own pace.  I am very good at modifying for those who need it due to injury or joint problems.  I provide full-body workouts every class we do cardio, strength and lots of core. My classes are fun, challenging but most importantly provide RESULTS!
