About Cynthia

Whether it’s climbing 8 foot walls on the obstacle course or running rim to rim, if it involves athletic competition, Cynthia Hill is on the cutting edge.  The former Miss Galaxy, Miss Fitness U.S.A.,World Tri-Fitness champion, and IFBB Pro has been an elite athlete since she could walk. While she’s excelled personally in sports, it’s always been important for Cynthia to inspire others to get in shape and lead a healthy life. In fact, since she began teaching aerobics at the age of 19, she’s helped thousands of people lose tens of thousands of pounds!

Cynthia currently trains adults for specific sporting events. Her team Phil. 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ” races in the Spartan community.  Currently her team has placed in the top 5-7% out of hundreds of teams.  Cynthia is also a successful elite Spartan racer.

Additionally, she owns and operates Cynthia Hill Fitness which provides services in personal training, group classes and online programs. She has been training people for the last 22 years.  Cynthia is currently on the Healthy Lifestyle Advisory Board for Visalus. She has also published two books and has written for leading industry magazines like “Oxygen” and “Max Sport and Fitness” as well as being featured on ESPN, ESPN 2, Fox Sports, ABC, and several infomercials.

Cynthia is a current leader with Women of Influence and is on a mission to educate, empower, and equip women to be all that God created them to be.  She stays in shape by keeping up with her beautiful daughters, Carissa, 12, and Olivia 8.

Helping others is not something I have to try to do, it just comes naturally to me.  I believe that God gave me the gift to show people how to get healthy and fit.  It doesn’t seem like work to me because it makes me feel good to “Inspire, Motivate, and Transform” people from the inside out.  Some of these transformations I have witnessed include: Being able to fit into your high school prom dress again, being able to keep with your kids in the park and not seeing them cry because all of the other moms where playing with their kids, being overweight your whole life and now for the first time in your life you’re not overweight, having your husband notice you again, getting off of medication, and the list goes on and on and on.  So physically, mentally and spiritually, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing those transformations.
