Spartan Training
Spartan Race is a leader in the sport of obstacle racing, offering open heats for all fitness levels, as well as competitive (age group) and elite heats for those with something more to prove. The first of its kind to feature timing and global rankings, Spartan Race provides a proving ground for beginner and professional obstacle racers looking to test themselves in new ways across the world.
Three Main Race Types
Sprint
The Spartan Sprint puts endurance aside and tests your quickness through 3.1 miles (5k) loaded with 20+ obstacles. A great starter distance for beginners, or a perfect test against time for the more advanced racer.
Super
The Spartan Super is as much mental as it is physical, with 6.2 miles (10k) that are just as unforgiving as the 25+ obstacles that litter the distance.
Beast
The Spartan Beast is just plain hard. This is our longest and most difficult race out of our three main race types and is aptly named for its brutal 13+ mile circuit with more than 30 obstacles that try to keep you from your finish line.
JOIN MY TEAM
My 12-week training program provides instruction on most of the obstacles in Spartan Racing.
- Workouts range from 90 minutes to 120 minutes.
- Schedule includes Obstacle course Team training 3-days-per-week (Pick any 2)
- Schedule:
- Wednesdays- 9am. 6pm (OC training) Location: The Warrior Zone
- Thursdays 8am (OC training) Location: TBD
- Saturday mornings 6:30 amĀ Location: TBD
- Every Sunday you will receive a 6 day per week training program.
- Measurements and Bodyfat testing every 4-6 weeks

- By the end of the 12-week program you will be ready for a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Battle Frog or any other obstacle course race.
- Should you decide not to race, you will still be transformed with weight loss, reduced bodyfat, and many, many inches gone!
- Once your first 12 weeks is completed you officially become an Alumni and receive 40% off Team Training.
